Do you repoint and repair unlisted buildings?

How often do you need to repoint a house?
You will need to repoint your house when your mortar becomes weak. Typically, mortar lasts between 20 and 30 years, however damage and strong weather can impact its lifespan. You can check your mortar by trying to scrape some out with a knife. If you can do this easily, then your mortar may need replacing.
Will pressure cleaning damage my brickwork?
If done by a non-professional, pressure washing could damage your bricks as they are quite soft. However, we are skilled in cleaning bricks, so choose us for the job.

No, we will leave your bricks in perfect condition. We can also leave them, so they are ready to repaint if that is what you desire.
